• Gallery Microblading

Microblading is a form of tattooing. Unlike a regular tattoo, microblading is a form of tattoo artistry where pigment is implanted under your skin with a manual handheld tool instead of a machine.   We draw hair-like strokes with the tool to mimic natural hairs in your brows.  Many customers cannot distinguish between real hair and the brow strokes.  Unlike regular permanent makeup tattoo, the micro-bladed eyebrow hairs will last only one to three years.  Also, we use organic inks that don’t fade into unnatural colors.  They will simply fade away over time.

Microblading is perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps, or fill-in over plucked brows.   We often have clients who even just want to add a slight arch or increase the tail of their brow hair.

Our International Academy is know for its Master Microbladers, but we are fortunate enough to have them in the Boutique as well where they practice their art.

    What to Expect

Plan to stay for around 2 hours.  At first you will be greeted by our staff and asked to fill in a heath questionnaire to make sure that there are not any contraindications or concerns.  Next, your Microblade Artist will explain the procedure, and start to look at different designs for your eyebrows.  If you have any pictures of eyebrows that you like, please bring them in.  Often clients will come with magazine photos or the internet.

Then the magic begins.  Our Microblade artists will start to create an outline on your face of the “perfect” brows based on your consult and your goal.  This is the longest and most important step.  It is an interactive process, and will not be rushed.

Next, clients will have a topical numbing cream applied to minimize discomfort.  Some clients may feel a slight discomfort but its relatively painless and manageable.  It takes between 15-30 minutes for the numbing cream to penetrate deep enough, so bring a book 🙂

The microblading is done on a comfortable and sterile salon table.  When you are done, your brows will be slightly darker than normal, but you should be able to resume your daily functions.

    After Care

At the end of your procedure, you will be given an After Care card and your Microblade Artist will go over all the important steps to help your brows heal properly.

    Touchup

Clients can return in approximately 6 weeks, after the initial treatment has fully healed, and choose to add more strokes, or touch up any areas they want to increase.  Often clients start small and then build up when they have more confidence.
